One of the most common biceps exercises to increase muscle mass is the standing barbell curls or the barbell curls. These exercises are considered one of the best exercises to get fuller biceps. With a correct standing posture, grips the barbells with shoulder width apart. Bend your knees slightly and pin your elbows to your side. Lift the barbell until it reaches your chest without moving your elbow from your side to concentrate the muscles in your biceps. Lower the barbell slowly then repeat the entire steps from the beginning for about 10-15 repetitions depending on your workout level and your capacity.
Another effective huge biceps workout is the dumbbell biceps curl. This is done quite similarly with the barbell curls. Instead of lifting barbells, you are lifting the dumbbells with each hand. You can also do the exercises alternately depending on your preference. You can do the weight training with your left hand first then the right, or you can do it simultaneously with your both hands. Other exercises to build arm muscles are the concentration curls and the bench presses.
